If you contact us through this website, by phone, email or our contact form, we also collect the details you give us in that enquiry.
How we use it
We use your information to provide and coordinate your care, to communicate with you and the people involved in your treatment, to manage funding, insurance and ACC claims, and to meet our legal and clinical record-keeping obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it’s needed for your care or required by law: with your specialists and GP, other health providers involved in your treatment, ACC and insurers where relevant, and public health authorities where required. We don’t share your information with anyone else without your consent.
Keeping your information secure
Your information is held securely, with access limited to those involved in your care or its administration. Clinical records are retained for the period required under the Health (Retention of Health Information) Regulations 1996, and safely disposed of afterwards.
