A friendly face can make all the difference.
Here’s everything you need to plan your visit
A friendly face can make all the difference in hospital, so we warmly welcome whānau, family and friends. You’re welcome to visit any day between 11am and 8pm — we keep mornings quiet so patients can rest and focus on their recovery.
Need to visit outside these hours? Just give our team a call and we’ll do what we can to make it work.
If you’d like to stay during a loved one’s procedure, you’re welcome to make yourself comfortable in our waiting area.
And throughout their time with us, we’ll keep you informed every step of the way — because your peace of mind matters too.
Overnight support – we understand that on occasion you may wish to have a support person stay with you overnight. Please ask to speak with the Ward Manager to discuss you needs, as there are fire and evacuation policies to be considered.
Keeping your stay private
If you’d rather your time with us stayed private, for example so we don’t confirm to callers or visitors that you’re here, just let reception know when you’re admitted, and we’ll make sure your wishes are respected.
